About Me

Bryson Moore

Hi, I’m Bryson. I love to create things. I love to ship. I love simplicity. When my work combines those three things, you would be hard pressed to find a more fulfilled person on this earth. Creating simple yet profound work is like a drug to me. Most of my work, as you will see on this blog, involves video. I picked up a video camera in high school and never turned back.

I started this blog as a place to publish my experiences, in business and in life. The blog will mainly be about my adventures as a young business person. I have been blessed and challenged with great entrepreneurial responsibility at a young age.

In my day job, I am the Director of Emerging Leaders and Communications for The Soderquist Center for Leadership and Ethics. I also run a church media website called WorshipVue, I co-founded a ministry called Transparent Ministries, I run a small creative video group called Fervent, and I’m working on another start up that I’m not ready to talk about yet. For seven years prior to all this, I worked with an organization called Gray Communications, most recently as their Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Freedom Begins Here. And a long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, I worked on a short animated film called “You Are Special” by Max Lucado.

More importantly than all that stuff, I’m married to Mandy–the most brilliant, beautiful, feisty woman I’ve ever met. If you know her, you know that I definitely married up. She inspires me to be more than I ever thought possible. I’m confident that without her, I’d be living in a van down by the river.

I feel compelled to share the things I am learning with anyone who might benefit from hearing about my failures, successes, processes and hang ups.

This blog is a place where I can share with you what I’m learning and hopefully provide you with insight on your journey in business and in life. For me, it helps to process things in written form.

I would tell you what to expect in my posts, but I’m really not sure what to expect myself. My inspiration and experiences ebb and flow, and so will this blog.

One thing that is constant about me…I always question the status quo.

Thank you for reading. I look forward to bringing you something (anything) of value.

Warmly,
Bryson Moore
